FORCES TRX

Here's a GREAT piece of kit for keeping in top shape when you're not able to get to your regular gym!

Designed for use by the US Special Forces abroad, the Forces TRX is a complete training system that comes in its own lightwieght carry bag complete with exercise routines, demonstration DVD, workout cards and workout training logbook!

We use our own Forces TRX when travelling - but also in our gym to complement other exercises we do in the weights room!

All you need to set the TRX up is to wrap the anchor strap around a sturdy tree branch, veranda beam or your nearest Abrams Main Battle Tank gun barrel (as you do...).

The TRX comes in a bright yellow and black colour scheme (difficult to lose), or Mil-spec olive drab with black-out hardware (the one we use).
