Items required to be posted to you will usually be despatched within 48hrs of receipt of payment for your order.  If there is a delay at our end, or we have run out of stock, we will notify you within that period to see what you would like to do.  A cancellation or refund will be made if requested in these cases.

Unless otherwise specified or requested, items sent within the United Kingdom are sent via regular parcel post.  Please allow 3-5 days delivery time to most locations within the UK.

Most items will have the freight charges detailed and added into your original purchase price where applicable on the description page and shopping cart pages.  Freight charges are as quoted to us by the postal service and are usually calculated by weight, but may also include an amount to cover packaging.

If you prefer we can send your items via recorded freight delivery, which may incur additional charges.  Please contact us for a quote in each instance.

International shipping orders are accepted in most cases, however please contact us for a freight quote in each instance.  Please bear in mind that you may be charged import duties and local taxes by third parties.  If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your country or location, please contact us to discuss.
